FCV PAK-I (Green Leaf)

FCV PAK-I Green Leaf is a high-quality Flue-Cured Virginia tobacco in full leaf form, packed in hessian cloth. Known for its golden color and smooth texture, it contains 1.3% to 2.3% nicotine, 9 to 16 sugar, and 0.50 to 0.75 chloride. It is widely used in cigarette blends and valued for its aroma, clean burn, and excellent leaf structure.

FCV Cut Tobacco

FCV CUT is processed Flue-Cured Virginia tobacco, finely cut and packed in C-48 standard cartons. With 1.3% to 2.3% nicotine, 9 to 16 sugar, and 0.50 to 0.75 chloride, it offers ease in manufacturing and consistency in flavor. This type is ideal for cigarette producers looking for ready-to-use, high-quality tobacco material.

FCV PAK-I (Hand Strips)

This hand-stripped FCV tobacco is manually processed to remove the stems, ensuring clean strips. Packed in C-48 cartons, it retains 1.3% to 2.3% nicotine, 9 to 16 sugar, and 0.50 to 0.75 chloride. Favored in hand-blended products, it combines traditional craftsmanship with premium-grade tobacco performance.

FCV PAK-I (Machine Strips)

FCV Machine Strips are industrially stripped Flue-Cured Virginia leaves with uniform texture. Packed in C-48 cartons, they offer 1.3% to 2.3% nicotine, 9 to 16 sugar, and 0.50 to 0.75 chloride. Suitable for high-volume production, this type ensures consistency, ease of use, and excellent processing performance.

Rustica WP (Leaf)

Rustica WP Leaf is sun-cured White Patha tobacco in its raw leaf form, packed in C-48 cartons. It contains 3.5% nicotine, 0.9 sugar, and 0.9 chloride. Known for its strong flavor and high strength, it is mostly used in chewing, hookah, or other traditional tobacco products requiring robust character.

Rustica WP (Hand Strip)

This Rustica variant is hand-stripped for a cleaner and more refined finish, packed in C-48 cartons. It maintains the same profile—3.5% nicotine, 0.9 sugar, and 0.9 chloride. It is ideal for niche uses requiring stem-free strong tobacco, offering ease in handling and higher quality control in packaging.
